Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. To respect the time reserved for each guest, we require a minimum 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment reservation.
If cancelled prior to the 48-hour cutoff, the card on file will not be charged a cancellation fee. If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice but greater than 24 hours’ notice, the card on file may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the scheduled services, at the stylist’s or management’s discretion. If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the card on file may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total scheduled services, at the stylist’s or management’s discretion.
A No-Show occurs when a guest fails to attend a scheduled appointment reservation without notifying The Reveal prior to the scheduled start time. In the event of a client’s first No-Show, a fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled services will be assessed. Repeat no-shows may result in additional booking requirements and/or scheduling restrictions. After two (2) No-Shows, a nonrefundable booking deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be required for future appointments. After three (3) No-Shows, management may, at their discretion and subject to owner approval, restrict the guest to same-day appointment availability or require a nonrefundable booking deposit equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
Any required deposit will be applied toward the final service total when the appointment is completed, with a new deposit to be collected for any future reservations. Any deposit may be forfeited when appointments are cancelled, rescheduled, or no-showed without required 48-hour notice, subject to applicable law. In the event a deposit is forfeited, the card on file will NOT be charged an additional cancellation fee. Upon completion of two years of on-time attendance and compliance with the cancellation policy, the requirement for booking deposits will be reevaluated by management, and may, at their discretion, be removed.
The Reveal reserves the right to decline future reservations when repeated missed appointments substantially disrupt salon operations or become a nuisance to a professional’s schedule.
